Here is all the fine print.

Parallel Print Shop is required by California state law to collect sales tax on all orders handed over or shipped within California. Then we hand the money over to the State of California, to spend as the voters see fit. So Vote!

Any information you provide to Parallel Print Shop is kept confidential, is never shared or sold (wouldn’t that be awful), and is used solely to fulfill your order and to support your client experience with Parallel Print Shop.

Any changes to your order, including cancellation, may be made at any time prior to your final sign-off of the proof + final payment. See our general pricing info for the cost of changing or cancelling an order. Once we receive final sign-off of the proof + your final payment we are unable to cancel/refund for any reason.

Due to the quality of our printing, communication, and approval process, we do not anticipate ever having any returns. However, it’s never a bad idea to plan for a worst case scenario. Each design is unique to you and for that reason we cannot accept returns. In the event of an error by Parallel we will do everything possible to correct the problem in a timely fashion.

We are unable to accept returns or administer refunds due to customer input errors (typos, etc). When you approve your final proof you accept responsibility for any and all input errors. Errors discovered after the final proof approval will incur a full charge for a reprint.

Refunds are not available for design services or printed customized goods for any reason.

Please remember that letterpress printing is a craft in which slight variations + irregularities in the print qualities + ink color are always possible and to be expected.
